Webhook number filters keep working after a number is reconnected

Webhook subscriptions Fixed
Section titled “Webhook subscriptions ”Removing a WhatsApp number from Kirimdev and connecting the same number
again created a new account internally. A subscription scoped to that
number with phone_number_ids then stopped receiving its events, with no
error.
Filters now match the phone number itself, so events for a reconnected number keep reaching the subscription.
- Applies to filters created or updated since October 9, 2026. To apply it
to an existing subscription, send its
phone_number_idsagain withPATCH /v1/webhook_subscriptions/{id}. phone_number_idsin responses now returns the numbers you set, even while one of them is disconnected. Older subscriptions still list only numbers that are currently connected.- Unfiltered subscriptions and payloads are unchanged.
