Clearer undeliverable message errors

Actionable recipient errors Fixed
Section titled “Actionable recipient errors ”Messages rejected by Meta with error 131026 still return the stable
recipient_unavailable code and are not retried automatically. The error
message now lists the possible recipient-side causes documented by Meta:
the number may not be registered on WhatsApp, the recipient may not have
accepted the latest terms, or their WhatsApp version may be outdated.
When Meta provides a more specific details value, Kirimdev preserves it.
The raw provider code remains available as provider_code: 131026 for
diagnostics.
