Automatic WhatsApp slots for setup-link onboarding

Section titled “Customer onboarding ”Customer setup-link onboarding no longer stops immediately when the provider’s WhatsApp account quota is full. If the provider wallet can cover the prorated price, Kirimdev automatically purchases one Extra WhatsApp Number unit and continues connecting the account.
The purchase remains provisional while Meta onboarding completes:
- successful WABA webhook subscription commits the charge and slot;
- a connection that has not succeeded within 30 minutes is disconnected, its provisional add-on unit is removed, and the original wallet amount is refunded automatically;
- retries and concurrent setup links are serialized and idempotent, preventing duplicate purchases or refunds.
- repeated resolve requests no longer invalidate each other’s browser session, and Try again obtains a fresh one-time nonce before reopening Meta.
When wallet balance is insufficient, the callback continues to return
403 account_limit_reached; no charge is made.
